Who is The Solid Mom created for?

It is created for exhausted moms who feel stuck in an unhealthy lifestyle. It's for moms who want to build a strong body, mind and soul. It will help you build confidence, gain energy and stay motivated. It is for moms who feel guilty for investing time and resources on themselves. It is for moms who want to LOSE a diet mindset, learn proper nutrition. It’s for moms who don’t know how to exercise or for moms who want to stop wasting hours in the gym. It’s for moms who need a schedule and a plan to tackle their busy lives and juggle the day to day.

How does the biblical perspective come in?

We begin by recognizing how wonderully made our bodies are. When you can appreciate your body and how it's made, then you can begin to celebrate all that it does and can do for you! We are created to enjoy life here on this earth and move the Kingdom of Heaven forward. In order to be the best "hands and feet" we must take care of the vessel that we are given. Once we establish appreciation and respect for our bodies, taking better care of them through healthier diets and activity becomes a no brainer. Throughout the program there are devotionals for each week geared specifically toward moms.

Are food plans included?

Yes and No. Within the program we have meal plan IDEAS. To expect a mom to make my exact recipes, on the exact days and order that I "recommend" is unrealistic. The goal of the program is to help you build organization and systems that work for you and YOUR family. So although plenty of resources are available within the program as GUIDES, the ultimate goal is to support you in creating YOUR plan, not force you into using mine.

Will this program help me lose weight?

The Solid Mom program is strength based. It is focused on making you STRONG, physically, mentally and spiritually. While progressing through the program many moms are experiencing weight loss, inches lost as well as clothes fitting differently. We do not focus on the scale in this program, we focus on making consistent gains in strength, organization and happiness, weight loss/muscle gain is often a natural response to the advanced self-care techniques you will learn within the program.

What if I don't have the time?

The program helps you learn to prioritize and schedule your time. It helps you learn new habits to gain control over your day so that you can feel confident and successful each day. Without your health and wellness, without energy and happiness, without movement and good nutrition you will NOT live your best life. You must find time to invest in one of your most precious assests..... YOU!

Do I get direct access to Rebecca?

Absolutely! I host weekly group training calls via ZOOM. This allows me to coach and answer your questions live and face to face. Also, all daily/weekly checkins will be done via the Marco Polo video app, so you also get face to face interaction there.

Do you have a private community of Solid Moms?

YES! But it's not a Facebook Group. WHOA, WHAT??? I know.... one of the biggest factors that makes this program different from all the others you've tried before is I wanted it based on REAL CONNECTION. Not social media -

You will not be interacting within a facebook group or behind written messages. You get Face to Face Video coaching so we can establish real connections and create real accountability and community.

How long is the program?

This program is specifically designed to be self-paced. You will work each week at your own pace. Since it is a self led program some moms might need a little longer. But you need to make a minimum 4 month commitment.

What equipment do I need?

I believe we can use what you have, where you are and still be successful. However if you want to invest in some equipment I always recommend dumbbells, resistance bands or kettlebells since they are quite versatile and even travel easily.
